I have been providing education and support to expectant and new families in the East Bay since 1983
In addition to facilitating these groups I work providing prenatal and postpartum classes and groups at Alta Bates Hospital in Berkeley
I am a certified childbirth educator, certified lactation educator, certified support group facilitator, certified doula and a mom to three amazing humans!
This is the support group I did with my first baby and it was such a help to me as a mom, that I want to help provide this opportunity for other mothers too!
